Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, our return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase. Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You will receive a refund directly to the original payment method.

REFUNDS

We will refund the price of the returned item, excluding shipping costs, which will be at your expense.

  • In the case of a return, shipping costs will be deducted even if they were indicated as free at checkout.

Below is the shipping cost table:

  • Italy: €20 round trip

  • European Union: €39.98 round trip

  • Rest of the world: €100 round trip

Please note that we may withhold the refund amount until the product's integrity has been verified. Therefore, refund times will depend on the return delivery date and the integrity of the items, up to a maximum of 30 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached, in their original packaging, along with any accessories received with the order.
Ensure that the returned products are intact, odor-free, and unused.
Shoe soles must be in perfect condition.
Shoes must be returned with their original packaging, as it is considered an integral part of the product. Do not use it as the only shipping box.
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
Remember to ship your return from the same country where the order was delivered, or we will have to adjust the shipping costs according to the parameters listed above.

Our goal is for all products to arrive in optimal condition and for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective items.

We also reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions listed above.

If we receive returns shipped only with the brand’s packaging or where the brand’s packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to process the refund.

For all aspects not expressly indicated, European distance selling regulations apply.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Returning an item in accordance with our policy is simple and fast.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to Customerservice@inbetweeners.io including:

    • Name

    • Surname

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Order number

    • Reason for the request

    Please note that we do not accept returns made through other procedures.

  2. Once your return request is submitted, we will process it within three days. As soon as your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping label and instructions to follow for returning the products.

  3. Make sure to mark the package as "Returned Items," with the country of origin indicated as IT.

  4. Ensure the product is properly packaged and returned using your personalized return label.
